QUILT:
An Open Standards-based Content Development & Delivery Tool for Self-directed Learning
The aim of this project is to create a new simple to use open source authoring tool/delivery engine based upon open standards to support the authoring and delivery of digital content. Generative AI is used to support the creation content development process and the conversion of that content into an open standards-based exchange and delivery format: namely 1EdTech Question & Test Interoperability (QTI) 3. The content format is well suited to the delivery of any digital content (not just that for quizzes, tests and assessments) and for the provision of a learning experience that can be personalized according to the accessibility personal needs and preferences of the user.
